Individual Lessons

The Bellarmine University Preparatory Program offers weekly private lessons taught by instructors who are specialists in their field. Each teacher has at least a bachelor's degree in music performance or pedagogy, and is an active part of the Louisville music scene. Students enrolled in our program will learn in well-equipped teaching studios on Bellarmine's beautiful campus located in the Highlands area of Louisville.

Lessons are offered on the following suggested schedule:

  • Beginner students: weekly 30-minute lessons

  • Intermediate students: weekly 45-minute lessons

  • Advanced students: weekly 60-minute lesson

Each session is 12-weeks in duration, and included in tuition is access to our practice rooms, both for individual and combo/ensemble practice.

Also included in the tuition is the semesterly recitals, which occur every December and May in Bellarmine's Cralle Theater. Individual instructors will guide students toward this goal.
